You need to make sure that all the mail-tags are "grey in color"
Note: 1. If mail-tags is in black in color = You are not able capture the info.
2. If mail-tags is in grey in color = You'll be able to capture the info.
Make sure you paste mail-tags in the Message Body and click save. You will notice the mail-tags will change from black to grey.
