If you are building your website and you do not want the public to see a "half ready" website, you can consider putting a "This website is under construction" page on your website for the time being.
Instructions
1. Go to Plugins --> Add New, Search for "Under Construction".
2. Go to Settings --> UnderConstruction, and under the "Under Construction Mode", turn "ON".
3. You can also choose a design in the "Design" Tab.
4. Test 1 - If you are logged into your WordPress, you will see a "Under Construction Mode is enabled but you are whitelisted so you see the normal site." on the top left.
5. Test 2 - When you are logged out of your WordPress, and browse the website like normal, you will see the page that says "website under construction".
