In order for you to collect money from Paypal, you will need to upgrade you "Paypal Personal" to "Paypal Business" Account.
They are two ways to get your Paypal Business Set Up.
1) If You Do Not Have A Paypal Account.
You can sign up the Paypal Business account directly.

Click on the "Sign Up For Business"
2) Upgrade Existing Paypal Personal to Paypal Business
If you already have your paypal account. You can log in to the account.
Under the profile setting you can upgrade your account to business.
