In order for you to create a Paypal Button you will need have "Paypal Business" Account.

Once you have your Paypal Business account set up, you can generate the Paypal Button for Payment.
Go under "Tools" >> "All Tools" >> Select "Paypal buttons"
STEP 1: Choose a button type and enter your payment details
You will be asked to enter the details.
Make sure that you give a name to the "Item name". This is only for your own reference purpose, so you can keep track how many buttons you have created in the past.
You can set the currency to your desire selling currency from the dropdown option.
STEP 2: Track inventory, profit & loss (optional)
STEP 3: Customize advanced features (optional)
Once you have confirmed all the charging details, click on "Save Changes"
You will have two options to share the Paypal Payment link
METHOD 1: Embed Paypal Button on Website
Copy the code and paste it to website.
Log in to you "Wp-admin", locate the page or post where you would like to embed the button.
Make sure that you switch the text editor to "TEXT" tab.
Once you "Save Changes", you can see the Paypal Button showing on your website
Double check on the button if it is working, click on the "Paypal Button" and it will redirect you to the payment page.
METHOD 2: Send Paypal Link Direct to Your Customer via Email
Copy the link and share to your customer.
TIPS: Always click on the link and the button to double check if the payment link is working and the amount is correct.
